I'm a vtuber clipper that has started out recently.
I've been editing videos for fun since around 2019, but recently I've decided to start a vtuber clips channel cause it looked pretty fun,
and to get better and faster at editing videos with the goal of eventually be able to get a job as a video editor.
I mainly clip Phase Connect vtubers, especially Hakushika Iori , Fujikura Uruka and Jelly Hoshiumi.
Right now I'm focusing on maintaining and growing my clips channel. I'm setting up a schedule of posting a clip every other day, but it's taking a bit longer
then expected to do that because of some small setbacks and forgetting to actually hit the upload button on youtube before going to sleep lol. To help with that
I'm starting to set up a video backlog, so I can just schedule the clips for the week ahead of time to not miss my schedule.
I'm also working on getting better at making thumbnails, right now I can do basic stuff but I want to get better at image editing, might have to start
using another software for that tho cause right now I use a pretty basic drawing software for editing images
In the future I might give Davinci Resolve a try to see if I like it more than Vegas, Vegas is pretty infuriating to use at times because
of how unstable it is and because it lacks some things that would speed up my editing time by at least 2x if they were in the program.
You can send me clip requests trough one of the ways mentioned in the "Contact info" section, clip requests are free if they are of a Phase talent and if the clip isn't long
(I'll consider things significantly above 5 minutes as long), otherwise I won't make the clip.
When requesting a clip please send the source stream link, a time stamp (or time stamps if there are multiple relevant moments), context (if needed), and a short description of what
the clip is so I have an idea of what happens in it before starting to edit it.
I can't guarantee that I'll answer right away, but feel free to ask a question or ask for some advice on clipping!
